Our factory is in Rangpura, Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. We have manufactured custom sportswear there since 2015 with a team of 30+ people. Sialkot is one of the world’s best-known centres for sportswear and sports goods manufacturing.

Pro Bravio is a wholesale manufacturer of custom sportswear, team uniforms and fitness apparel for brands. We make tracksuits, hoodies, joggers and trousers, leggings, shorts, sports bras, polo shirts, t-shirts, tank tops, compression shirts and workout jackets, plus soccer, basketball, baseball, American football, rugby and ice hockey uniforms, varsity jackets and puffer jackets.
We work with fitness and sportswear brands, private-label businesses and companies building their own apparel line. Every order is made to the customer's design, sizing and branding.
The minimum order is 10 pieces per design. Some customizations have their own minimums: printing from 100 pieces, fabric washing from 50 pieces, woven and satin labels from 500 pieces, and reactive dyeing from 800 pieces. Read the MOQ guide or send us your product details for an exact quote.
Yes. Our designers create a design mockup for your product free of charge. Once you approve the design, we move on to sampling.
Yes. After you approve the design and bulk pricing, we produce a sample in your specified size and design for US$50. It is ready in about 2 days and shipped by DHL, typically arriving within 2 to 3 working days. You review it and send feedback, and if anything needs changing we revise the sample before full production starts.

- Design and sample — we create a free design mockup, then a sample for your approval.
- Production — once the sample is approved, bulk production begins.
- Shipping and delivery — every piece is inspected, then shipped to your address with tracking.
Silk screen printing, flock printing, water-based (pigment) printing, discharge printing, digital printing, puff printing, glow-in-the-dark printing, Direct to Film (DTF) and Direct to Garment (DTG). Sublimation is available for team uniforms. See printing methods.
Yes — we are a private label clothing manufacturer. We produce custom woven labels, satin labels, hang tags and heat transfer printed labels, and can supply custom branded packaging. Labels start from 500 pieces. See private label.
Common options include cotton, polyester, fleece, nylon, spandex, terry cloth, velour, jersey knit, microfiber, tricot and mesh. We help you choose a fabric that suits the product, the season and your market.
Yes: regular embroidery, 3D (puff) embroidery and embroidered patches. See embroidery.
Yes. We offer direct color dyeing, reactive dyeing, tie dye, dip dye, neon dyeing and yarn dyeing. Reactive dyeing starts from 800 pieces. See dyeing methods.
Yes: preshrunk, silicone, bio, acid, enzyme and stone washing, available from 50 pieces. See fabric washing.
Every piece is inspected before shipment. For dyed garments our in-house quality control includes crocking, detergent washing, light exposure, perspiration resistance and color fastness tests. Samples are approved by you before bulk production.
We deliver to any address in the USA, UK, Europe, Canada and Australia and provide tracking information for every shipment.
