Yes. After you approve the free design mockup we make a sample in your size and design (US$50 per sample). Ready in about 2 days, then shipped by DHL (typically 2–3 working days). You review it and request changes before bulk production starts.
Around 160–180 GSM suits everyday and promotional tees. Streetwear and premium brands usually choose 220–300 GSM heavyweight cotton for structure and a boxy fit. Performance tees for sport are lighter, around 130–160 GSM polyester.
Screen printing is the most durable and cost-effective for larger runs with few colors. DTF handles full-color artwork well on cotton and blends at lower quantities. DTG prints photo-like designs directly onto cotton. Our printing guide compares them.

The discovery phase begins as soon as we receive an email from customers. During this phase, we engage in detailed discussions with customers to understand their specific needs, including t-shirt sizing, fabric preferences, preferred printing methods, and the design they envision for the t-shirt. We also explore private labeling options and packing preferences that the customer may have in mind. This collaborative process ensures that we capture every detail accurately. Once all the necessary information is gathered, we proceed to develop a t-shirt sample and provide bulk pricing options. Our goal is to align the final product with the customer’s vision while maintaining high standards of quality and cost-effectiveness.
Once we have gathered all the necessary information from the customer about the T-Shirts, we prepare sample and bulk pricing options that align with their needs. We provide pricing with different MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) packages to make it easier for first-time customers to decide. After completing the pricing document, we share it with the customer for review. If they have any concerns or need adjustments, we are open to reconsidering our offer.
Once the customer approves the sample and bulk pricing, we begin working on the T-Shirt sample in the specified size and design. During sampling, we ensure that every detail, such as cut and sew, meets the customer’s requirements. After the samples are produced, they are shipped to the customer via DHL and typically arrive within 2 to 3 working days. The customer then reviews the samples and provides feedback. If there are any mistakes on our part, we will remake the sample based on the feedback and seek customer approval through an iterative process.
After the customer approves the samples, we move forward with planning the bulk order production. During this stage, we discuss the urgency of the order with the customer to ensure that our production timeline aligns with their needs. We carefully plan our production process to meet the agreed-upon deadlines. If any delays or obstacles arise, we promptly inform the customer with clear and realistic reasons, although such situations are very rare.
Before private labeling and packing, each T-Shirt goes through a quality assurance check. We ensure that every T-Shirts is stitched perfectly, the sizing matches the customer’s specifications, the design is accurately implemented, and there are no spots or holes in the fabric. We also check that the printing is properly applied. Once each T-Shirt passes these checks, we place the customer-approved private labels on them and send them to the packing department, where they are packed according to the customer’s specific preferences.
After packing the order, we hand it over to the shipping line based on the customer’s instructions. We aim to provide the best advice on shipping options to ensure customers get the most benefits. Once the shipment is delivered, customers review it and inform us if there are any issues. If there is any damage or problem with the shipment, we promptly address their concerns and resolve any issues. Our priority is to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong, positive relationships with our clients. We also follow up to ensure that the delivery meets expectations and that the entire process runs smoothly.
