Yes. After you approve the free design mockup we make a sample in your size and design (US$50 per sample). Ready in about 2 days, then shipped by DHL (typically 2–3 working days). You review it and request changes before bulk production starts.
Yes. With sublimation, names and numbers are printed into the fabric in the same step as the design, so a roster of different names and numbers costs the same as identical shirts. Send the roster with sizes and we print each shirt to the list.
No cracking or peeling: sublimation dyes the polyester fibres instead of sitting on top. Colors stay bright through normal washing at 30–40 °C. Avoid fabric softener and tumble-dry on low to protect the moisture-wicking finish.
